Conversas no Sofá vão continuar em Junho. Durante três dias, de 22-24 o atelier urban nomads vai voltar ao Beja II para continuar a recolher histórias sobre o bairro e sobre Beja de forma a dar continuidade ao desenho de novos espaços para o descampado entre os prédios. Desta vez, convidamos jovens e crianças da turma do CEV e do bairro para serem eles os entrevistadores.

Iremos também criar um Guia Alternativo de Beja e do Beja II com uma recolha dos espaços preferidos dos jovens e crianças do bairro.

Estas recolhas serão uma forma de aprofundar a variedade de tipologias de espaços e actividades a implementar no bairro e de conhecer novas caras que possam vir a colaborar no projecto.

Este é um momento de transição entre a recolha e o desenho que deverá sugerir a materialização de espaços mais permanentes para o bairro. Materialização esta apenas possível com algum financiamento.

Conversations at the sofa will continue in June. atelier urban nomads will return to Beja II between the 22nd-24th in order to continue collecting stories about the neighbourhood and about Beja. The information collected will help gathering information to design new spaces for the empty field between the buildings. This time we will invite children and youngsters from the neighbourhood and from the school  to become the interviewers.

We will also create an Alternative Guide to Beja and to Beja II with a collection of the neighbourhood’s children favourite spaces. 

These will help going more in-depth about the typologies of spaces and activities to be implemented in the neighbourhood and to meet new people who might wish to collaborate in the project.

This is a moment of transition between the gathering of information and the drawing of new spaces – drawings which should start suggesting ways making the suggestions viable and build-able. In order to build we must find ways of financing the project.
